About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Demolition Operators (Excavator/Skid Steer) and Experienced Labourers to join our Client across Adelaide. Your role will involve operating heavy machinery and assisting with various demolition projects, including car park demos and major Tier 1 projects. Candidates must be physically fit and ready for a labor-intensive role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery such as Excavators and Skid Steers (experience construction demolition is essential)
- Assisting with demolition and site preparation tasks
- Completing safety documentation daily and adhering to safety protocols
- Working collaboratively within a team environment
- Performing laboring duties as required when not operating plant machinery
- Relevant experience and qualifications (White Card and Excavator ticket)
- Proven experience in demolition works
- Ability to maintain high safety standards and promote a safety-first culture
- Strong work ethic, motivated, and results-driven
- Problem solver with a positive attitude
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a labor-intensive job
- Excavator Operator

- Semi/Float Drivers
- Pipelayers
- Labourers
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Demolition construction
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexible, “can-do” attitude to problem solving
- Ability to travel around SA for work locations as required
- Existing rights to work in Australia
- White Card (Nationally recognized)
- All relevant tickets and licenses
- Ability to pass medical and random D&A tests
