Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mobility, strength, and functional capacity.
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and NDIS goals.
• Provide a variety of physiotherapy interventions including exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and pain management.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team , ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients on their conditions and treatment options , promoting independence and mobility.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to ensure clients are on track to achieve their goals.

Location: Shepparton . VIC
Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy .
• AHPRA registration .
• Experience with NDIS clients or within the disability sector is an advantage (but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach.
