  • Assist in researching matters of law, preparing community legal education, and undertaking case reviews for solicitors as required.
  • Maintain records and files in an orderly and professional manner, including the recording of all data into CMS database for statistical purposes.

Who Are We Looking For?
You are a highly skilled and motivated individual with a thorough understanding of the cultural, social, and historical needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Current NSW driver’s license with the ability to travel.
  • Previous experience working in a legal practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of support and referral services available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples involved in the care and protection system.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and community.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

Why Join Us?
