GEM Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced handyman located near the Perth CBD, WA 6000. This position is a long-term opportunity to work with a reputable family business.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. This role will suit someone with a broad range of maintenance experience, and a passion for keeping things in top condition. You will be responsible for performing various tasks, including garden maintenance, general cleaning, painting, and small repairs.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Perform regular maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep of all areas.
• Maintain the gardens and outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping.
• Undertake painting jobs as required to ensure a fresh and clean environment.
• General tidying duties, ensuring all spaces are presentable and organised.
• Basic repair work, including fixing minor issues as they arise

To be considered for these positions, you must be able to provide the following:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a maintenance role.
• Ability to handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of gardening, painting, and general repairs.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Reference contact details of two past employers
• Based already in Perth, WA
• Have the right to work in Australia
