The role - your duties will include:
- Director of first impressions;
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients;
- Conducting general administration duties including answering phones, responding to emails, managing all ingoing and outgoing mail etc;
- Providing administrative assistance to our sales and property management teams when required;
- Assisting with generating business opportunities;
- Diary management when required;
- Organising and creating marketing material;
- Completing data entry;
- Customer call backs;
- Assist with preparing and editing various documents and reports;
- Scheduling;
- Maintaining general reception area, common areas and meeting rooms; and
- Upholding professional standards.
The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have:
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- An exceptional customer service ethos;
- Impeccable personal presentation;

- High level organisation skills and a meticulous eye for detail;
