About You:- Prior experience leading & managing teams
- Demonstrated experience in claims management, personal injury claims or an associated field
- Identify areas of opportunity, potential business targets as well as being able to analyse data
- Minimum 3+ years in Workers Compensation

- Drive performance of the team that delivers results against the business strategy and financial targets
- Motivate, develop, and engage team members to drive results and create a high performing team
- Manage day to day workflow; resources, productivity and efficiency, ensuring performance objectives
- Build quality relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Provide advice to colleagues regarding complex decisions
