THE OPPORTUNITY

In the role of Account Manager you will focus on name badge customer service and sales. You will develop new business wins and grow our market share providing on time and accurate quoting, price maintenance, order entry and product sourcing and supply.

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Sales performance and growth.
  • Accurate order entry and invoicing of customer orders.
  • Timely response to telephone and e-mail queries & opportunities.
  • On time and properly costed quotations.
  • Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution targets.
  • Develop strategies to further advance organic growth.
  • Meet regularly with management to discuss contracts, field work, growth opportunities and opposition activities in the territory.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Ability to identify business ideas and strategies to increased sales. Previous experience in retail, merchandise, apparel, safety and or promotional products would be ideal, but not essential
  • Proven customer service experience – high volume of transactions and customers.
  • B2B customer base success & understanding, winning new business and achieving sales targets
  • Strong sales disciplines and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship builder – all progress is made through relationships
