What You’ll Do

Program Support & Service Delivery

Be part of our team delivering programs for young people and those with disabilities. You'll support participants during workshops and activities, helping them unlock their potential.

Work alongside team leaders, trainers, and facilitators to keep our programs on track and effective.

Jump into training sessions and learning opportunities to sharpen your skills and knowledge for everything we do at MGA and Workforce Plus.

Support trainers in delivering engaging workshops and educational content – you'll be part of the action!

Disability Support Work

Work closely with individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their education and employment goals. Your role will create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels supported.

Help promote independence and a great quality of life for our participants – you’ll be their cheerleader and advocate!

Behind-the-Scenes Superpowers (Admin)

Tackle essential tasks like data entry, record-keeping, and documentation – all the important details that keep our programs running smoothly.

Help schedule and organize events, appointments, and meetings. Get ready to keep us all on track!

Ensure everything in our systems is accurate and up-to-date so that our team can continue doing great work.

Be a superstar at helping create and drive engaging activities, social media ideas and keep us up to date with the latest trends and digital opportunities.
