As we bring our housekeeping operations in-house, we are building a dynamic team to uphold the exceptional standards our guests have come to expect. With 70 beautiful and newly refurbished suites, we are seeking passionate individuals to join us in creating a clean, comfortable, and memorable environment for every guest.
The Roles:
Assistant Housekeeping Manager
- Lead the team alongside the Housekeeping Manager.
- Oversee daily operations, staff training, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards.
- Requirements: 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality.
Housekeeping Supervisor
- Supervise and motivate a team of attendants to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Conduct room inspections and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Requirements: Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Housekeeping Attendants
- Perform room cleaning and maintenance with attention to detail.
- Replenish amenities and ensure guest comfort.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the property.
- Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not essential.

What We’re Looking For:
- A commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
- Team players with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- A passion for sustainability and innovative practices.
- Current police check
- Capacity to perform physical tasks for extended periods including standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing stairs.
- Capability to lift and carry objects of moderate weights.
- Have a reliable car (there is no public transport to our hotel)
- Full working rights in Australia.
