ABOUT THE ROLE
As an IT Service Engineer, you will join a collaborative team of IT professionals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Applying your technical expertise, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining complex IT systems and infrastructure and delivering solutions for our clients.
Technologies you will be working with day-to-day include Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Autotask PSA, Datto RMM, Datto BCDR, Veeam, Fortinet, and HPE Aruba.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and delivery of client solutions, ensuring the creation of robust, tailored technology strategies.
- Acting as an escalation point in diagnosing and resolving complex issues, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills.
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects such as server/network implementation and migrations, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Contributing to pre-sales solution design work, leveraging technical expertise to aid in securing new clients and projects.
- Keeping up to date on current and emerging technologies and advising on its potential integration into client solutions.
- Collaborating effectively within the team to consistently deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
- Installation of end user devices, network, and server hardware
ABOUT YOU
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) role or a strong understanding of MSP operations
- Hold a relevant qualification in IT or significant experience in the field.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure
- Strong service delivery experience and ITIL knowledge.
- Excellent communication, customer service, relationship building and time management skills
- You are an innovator thinker and problem-solver, eager to investigate solutions.
- You foster a collaborative work environment and contribute positively to the team
