We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Principal Solution Architect to join our dynamic Solutions & Advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the Identity & Security practice, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge solutions for both new and existing customer engagements.

As a trusted advisor and technical leader, you’ll work on a diverse range of projects, leading the design and implementation of secure, scalable identity solutions. What You’ll Bring:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across various client engagements.

• Proven experience as an Identity & Access Management Architect with a deep understanding of IAM technologies and solutions.

• Strong expertise in leading the design, development, and deployment of secure identity systems for enterprise-level clients.

• ensuring successful outcomes.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of modern identity and access management challenges.

• Ability to translate complex identity and security concepts into practical, client focused solutions.

• Contribute and Deliver to the outcomes of a Proof of Value/Concept, Yellow Brick Road (YBR), customer demos or leading-edge engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction in collaboration with Directors and Partners

• Support the project management process and resolving technical problems as they arise

• Experience in developing IAM strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Assist the Practice Directors or GM’s to develop practice collateral for use in responding to proposals/bids and to streamline project delivery and quality through proven/reusable domain delivery practices and methods

• Act as an owner and driver for Versent’s open source offerings within the internal engineering community - leading, contributing and maintaining as required – to build brand reputation and awareness Interface and build relationships with Versent’s core partner Solution Architects

Core Technical Knowledge:

• 5+ years working experience in Identity and Access Management (SSO, Federation, Multi-Factor, Governance)

• 3+ years responsible experience in design, implementation, and management of Information Security services.

• Strong understanding of SSO technologies and protocols (SAML, OAuth, JWT, OpenID, Connect, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, KERBEROS)

• Strong understanding of OAuth extension protocols (PKCE, RAR, PAR, DPoP, Token Binding, FAPI)

• Knowledge of API Gateways/Reverse Proxies

• Strong understanding of Azure AD (Access, Federation, IGA), SailPoint, ForgeRock (Access, Federation, DataGov, Directory)

• Delivery: Jira, Confluence, Markdown

• Source Control: Git (Stash, Github, GitLab)

• Testing: Unit, Identity

• Operations: Logging, Alerting & Metrics
