We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our Course Advisory Team. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team. As a Course Advisor, you will be responsible for manage driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base.

Our culture is built around collaboration and teamwork with a clear vision and end goal, and we are looking to grow our team with another driven sales representative who enjoys helping others on their educational journey. We are a creative and fun team, looking for a likeminded person who is wanting to join our vibrant and dynamic team!

The role

  • Helping Doctors, Nurses and Dentists who have registered interest in finding out more about the courses we provide
  • Advising them through a thorough consultation process about suitable courses
  • Provide an excellent level of service & care to our students
  • Carry out all tasks outlined by management in a timely and efficient manner
  • Carry out any potential follow up needs of students who have enrolled
  • Use your sales skills to connect with prospective students via phone, email and live chat.
  • Provide accurate course information and advice.
  • Manage enquiries and prospective students through our database and social media
  • Provide a consultative approach about suitable courses, identifying opportunities for up-selling
  • Data entry into CRM for accurate record keeping
  • Administration duties relative to student onboarding
  • Adhoc tasks as required

Skills/Qualifications

  • A proven ability to hold mature conversation showing level of care
  • A great attitude with excellent Customer Service
  • Sales experience is preferable
  • A desire to want to help others
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • A good work ethic, attitude & want to grow your own career as well as helping others
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment with demonstrated achievement of KPIs is essential
  • Motivated and passionate about consultative selling and an interest in education
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills, along with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • As a team player with a "can-do" attitude, the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • CRM Database user experience – Manychat looked on favorably
  • Motivated and goal-oriented

About you

You will enjoy a dynamic role and thrive exploring the opportunities to apply your sales talents to a variety of work – working alongside the Marketing team. You will have excellent time management and organisational skills, proven experience in a similar role, willingness to learn, collaborate and positively contribute to the team’s culture.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills (accuracy in spelling and grammar is a must);
  • be a confident self-starter;
  • be flexible and able to prioritise; and
  • be a good cultural fit, comfortable working in a high-performing, yet relaxed and fun team environment.
  • have a high degree of proficiency (intermediate level) with the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Prior experience with Active Campaign, Canva, will be highly regarded, but not essential.
