The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our ever-growing team based in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs - Somerton. In the role, you will be thoroughly trained on a variety of tasks to be performed throughout the caravan assembly process.

Key Responsibilities
1. Working collaboratively within a team environment
2. Following standard operating procedures and achieve cycle times
3. Always follow Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
4. Collaborating with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficiency and productivity of operations, escalation matters which may create risk or quality issues
5. Monitoring own work with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements to minimise Regent RV’s risk exposure and liabilities
6. Ability to use hand and power tools to complete caravan assembly and accessory fit off
7. Physically fit and able to work on your feet all shift
You will be rewarded with
• Starting salary entry level $24.50 - $30 per hour depending on experience plus super
• Standard work hours 6.30am – 3pm Monday to Friday plus regular overtime
• Permanent work with on-the-job training from A-Z
