Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Property Manager to support our VICPROP Williams Landing office - property management team. This role involves assisting with routine inspections, lease administration, tenant communications, and various operational tasks to ensure smooth property management processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Property Inspections & Tenant Relations
- Conduct routine property inspections and document findings.
- Assist in organising and conducting open home inspections for prospective tenants.
- Prepare notices to tenants in accordance with legal requirements.
Lease & Documentation Management
- Generate lease agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in preparing rental advertisements and posting listings online.
Administrative Support
- Assist with processing and tracking company credit card claims.
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure smooth documentation.
Qualifications:
- Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Previous experience in real estate or property management (preferred but not required).
- Mandarin speaking is advantageous.
