It's our 16th birthday this year and we are expanding into new areas, including wine/beverage tasting demonstrations.
About the role:
It’s merchandising with a twist! Create exceptional customer experiences by:
• Enabling customer discovery of the winery or distillery being represented and their products
• Bringing the range to life by sharing your knowledge of the product in an easy to understand way
• Ensuring display is attractive, inviting and clean at all times
• Ensuring the customer walks away as passionate as you are; and
• Completing a survey based on customer feedback on key areas.
The roles are casual and demonstrations are typically held on either Thursday or Friday from 3pm to 6pm or on a Saturday for approximately 3 hours.
About you:
• You have proven experience in a customer facing role in hospitality, sales or retail
• You are naturally engaging, motivated, presentable and passionate in your approach
• You are genuinely interested and would be at ease in sharing details about the product and it’s story
• You are tech savvy
• You are a minimum age of 18 years
• You hold a current RSA certification in NSW; and
• You are happy with casual work and will commit to and follow through with any tasting demonstrations you are booked for.
