NEW GRADUATE INTAKE
We are seeking passionate Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading, New Graduate Program in 2025. You will be supported across all areas of your journey to develop and strengthen your clinical expertise across the NDIS and community. An established structured new grad program ensures a smooth transition into your career with a high level of supervision, manageable caseload and dedicated mentors.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrists, behavioural Support practitioners and early childhood intervention.

About the Role
With a strong NDIS and disability focus, this will be a challenging and rewarding role for the right person, with lots of scope for development and diverse application of your professional skills and experience. This role provides a vast variety of client conditions and client streams and can include adult or paediatric clients depending on your preference. We will work with you to tailor a caseload that best suits your clinical and career development and areas of interest.
About the Duties
- Assisting clients across language, dysphagia, AAC, mealtimes, voice.
- Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
- Report writing and completion of NDIS required documentation
- Design, trial and implementation of low and high tech communication devices
- Liasing with support coordinators, local area coordinators, family members and equipment providers
- Develop, implement, monitor and review treatment plans
- Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties
- Coordinating with other allied health professionals and GP’s
- Provide education to clients, families, the community and other practitioners/ staff
