The Role
As the Design and Admin Specialist, you will bring your creative vision and organisational expertise to a role that bridges design and administrative functions. You'll contribute to digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and streamlining processes through automation while also ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks that support our clients' and team's success. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact across multiple areas in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design:
- Design visually engaging digital and print assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- Create and update website content to optimise user experience and SEO performance.
- Edit video and podcast content to align with brand standards.
- Collaborate on the conceptualisation and execution of innovative digital marketing and design campaigns.
Administrative Excellence:
- Implement and optimise workflows and automation tools to enhance efficiency for clients and internal processes.
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Manage administration retainer clients, including email and calendar management. Prepare and edit documents for clients. Act as a virtual personal assistant for our clients, handling various tasks as required.
Professional Growth & Collaboration:
- Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Act as a proactive team member, contributing creative ideas and streamlined solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills while working collaboratively and autonomously.
Required Skills & Attributes
Creative & Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
- A solid understanding of SEO principles and their application to digital content.
Organisational Prowess:
- Exceptional time management and the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for workflow optimization.

- Relevant qualifications in digital marketing, graphic design, or administrative operations are highly regarded.
- Experience with automation tools and workflow optimisation is a plus.
