OPPORTUNITY
The Business Support Officer role is responsible for the face of the business in reception at the Narrabri office, whilst providing high quality and confidential administrative support to the Partners and the Business Services Team to implement key goals and objectives in an efficient, effective and customer responsive manner.
Responsibilities :
- Providing high level administrative assistance including: word processing, correspondence, scanning, copying, filing, archiving, telephone calls, general housekeeping etc.
- Diary management, including booking appointments and sending emails
- Assistance with client meetings and appointments including preparation and distribution of relevant meeting documents
- Attending to Australian Taxation Office, Australian Business Register and ASIC requirements, including completion of statutory forms and documentation
- Establishment of new companies and trusts and applying or appropriate registrations (ie, ABN, TFN, PAYGI, Fuel Tax Credits, GST, etc).
- Maintaining the Client Database; creating and closing clients, updating client records
ABOUT YOU
- Experienced in a similar role within professional services or administration and customer service background
- A professional positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office application
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or working towards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with Partners, Team Members and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task, organise and prioritise effective
