We’re Mind Matters. We’re a large, vibrant team of psychologists who’ve been providing therapy and assessment services under the guidance of our principal psychologist, Karen Martin. And now, we’re on the hunt for a psychologist to join our team, brand, and journey. Take a closer look at our team.
Mind Matters is located in a charming and welcoming terrace in the centre of Bondi Junction. From the moment you enter, it feels like a high-end spa, where clinicians and clients alike are welcomed into a warm, tranquil and safe space. Our practice offers 12 rooms that are all professionally sound proofed, air conditioned, thoughtfully furnished and feature sun-soaked skylights and windows that look out onto peaceful gardens. We provide therapy and assessments for all ages in a wide range of presentations. We take pride in our detailed triage process, which allows us to pair clients with the psychologist that’s best suited to support and guide them through their therapeutic journey. We really take the time to get to know our psychologists and their preferred client population.

Who are you?
We’re on the hunt for a psychologist to join our team on a salaried position (for a minimum of 3 days per week up to full time) beginning at the end of January.
You’ll have great qualifications like:
- Accredited Postgraduate Masters or Doctorate in Psychology
- Full registration with AHPRA
- An approved area of endorsement (desired)
- Professional indemnity insurance
And skills and values like:
- Experience conducting psychometric assessments or willingness to upskill
- Aligning with our values and community care
- Working within the best practice, evidence-based modalities of psychology
- Fantastic verbal and written skills
- A warm, non-judgemental and client-focused approach to therapy
