About the Role
The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is a small team that work on both ICT and business projects to ensure that the organisation is positioned to meet the requirements of our internal and external clients.
The objective of the Change Analyst is to provide organisational change management services to support our business through changes delivered by the Enterprise Program Management Office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting the development and execution of targeted change management plans, strategies and roadmaps.

Identifying, analysing and managing stakeholder engagement plans.

Developing concise and engaging communications that effectively convey the changes and resonate with stakeholders.

Applying change management approaches and methodology to people impacts caused by projects and change efforts, as well as conducting change readiness assessments prior to implementation.

Supporting the development and delivery of coaching and training to impacted employees, as required.

Defining success metrics and measuring performance against these.

Driving employee adoption and proficiency of the delivered changes to ensure business results are achieved.

Supporting the Enterprise Change Lead and Change Manager to guide people leaders through leader-led change.
Skills/Attributes Required:
-
Proven experience as a change analyst in a project or program environment, with successful delivery and people adoption of change.

Experience managing relationships with business stakeholders and partners.
-
Proven ability to successfully perform in project environments, managing competing priorities, deadlines, scope and constraints.
Qualifications and Experience required:
-
Proven experience as a Change Analyst, supporting change on projects that include changes to culture, processes, and/or ways of working.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

A consultative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to understand and navigate diverse organisational cultures and structures.

Proficiency in change management tools, methodologies, and best practices
-
Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-
Ability to work with integrity, self-awareness and empathy.
-
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, APMG International) or equivalent in work experience delivering change management in a project/project setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
