About Fitness Passport
Fitness Passport is a corporate health and fitness program providing its members and their families with access to a wide choice of fitness facilities. We work with the public sector, corporate employers and leading fitness facilities across the country.
Established in 2006, Fitness Passport is the largest business operating in this sector in Australia and we have recently expanded into New Zealand.
As a proud brand ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and products to the public. You will be expected to attend events and interact with customers to increase brand awareness.
The role
As a casual Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting the Fitness Passport brand by;
- Professionally representing our brand of health + fitness with enthusiasm
- Attending onsite events with our valued employer partners
- Answering FAQ and providing membership and network information
- Inspiring non-members to sign up to a fitness membership
- Recording details and providing feedback on customer preferences and trends
On offer will be:
- Comprehensive training
- Competitive hourly rate
- Casual positions offering flexibility (between Mon to Fri)
We anticipate you will:
- Be familiar with or have a keen interest in learning about Fitness Passport
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all sorts of people
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and be willing to learn
- Have passion for fitness and healthy living
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Whilst previous experience in a similar role will be welcome, we are looking for people with the right attitude to join our team!
