Shacks Group based in Fremantle and Rockingham is looking for experienced Motor Technician to join the team. As VW, Mazda and GM dealesr, Shacks has all the latest VW, Mazda and GMSV vehicles, designed to excite as well as provide safety and comfort alongside meeting the demands of everyday life.

Function

Responsible for maintain, testing and repairing petrol engines and mechanical parts of motor vehicles including transmissions, suspension, steering and brakes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct maintenance services such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, and ensure full compliance with emission standards
• Repair and replace worn and defective mechanical parts
• Detect and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in engines and parts
• Conduct testing and diagnostics on parts using computers
• Reassemble engines and parts after service/clean and repair
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Cert III or relevant Trade qualification – (essential)
• Minimum 3 years previous experience as a Mechanic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current Driver’s Licence
  
  

Salary : $73,150 per annum plus Superannuation.
