About the Role
We are seeking passionate female Disability Support Workers and House Senior Team Leaders who are self-motivated to provide exceptional support to individuals living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) and private homes in the Morayfield, Burpengary, Caboolture, Beachmere and Griffin area. You will have the opportunity to actively support clients in developing essential skills, cooking, domestic assistance, mealtime management, assisting with personal care and social support.

About You
Ideally, you will:
12 months experience as a Disability Support Worker
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with participants
Genuine desire to support people with disabilities using a person-centered approach.
Positive Behaviour Support and Restrictive Practice experience (highly regarded)
Maybo Training (highly regarded)
Mental Health First Aid (desirable)
Complex Behaviour Support (highly regarded)
Experience working with people with ASD (highly regarded)
To apply for this role, you will have or be willing to obtain:
Certificate III in Disability/Aged Care or similar
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Cleared NDIS Screening Check (yellow card)
Cleared Working with Children Check (blue card)
Current driver licence and own vehicle
Confirmation of your right to work in Australia
