Your Skills and Experience
• A team player, able to work with various stakeholders, share ideas with a constructive approach to reach common goals focusing on the best interests of the young person.
• Great at relationship building – listening and giving your time. Respect for yourself and others and have professional boundaries.
• Demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable and complex young people.
• Flexibility – be open to new and innovative ideas, cope with unexpected change and multitask with ease.
• Creative and motivated in your thinking and approach life without judgement and with confidence.
Requirements:
• Blue Card (no card, no start laws apply)
• Current QLD drivers’ licence
• Relevant study in this field (or actively working towards obtaining)
• Yellow Card desirable but not essential
