Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionist to join the Team on a casual basis as needed - if our Reception Team are unwell, would like to attend a social event or are enjoying a well-deserved break.
Collins SBA is a values-based, employee-owned accounting, business coaching and financial planning company whose vision is to be known for improving the lives of Australian business owners. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client service experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Manage reception area by keeping it clean and organized at all times
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels regularly and placing orders
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with client inquiries via phone or email, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate person
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Qualifications & Experience:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Prior experience in customer service is desirable but not required as this is an entry-level position
