The Role:
- Creating and fostering a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and collaboration, communicating our brand vision.
- Demonstrating your commercial acumen to increase profitability, maximise opportunities across sales, and customer engagement.
- Identifying areas of opportunities and recommending potential solutions; we value and recognise our team's input and providing feedback and coaching.
- Bring your energy and passion for luxury retail to inspire our amazing team to develop strong clientelling, build a collaborative and empowering team to achieve great store results.
- Managing the day to day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, supporting the Store Manager with ad hoc training and other duties as required.
