About the Role
The Sales Representative plays a key supporting role in the growth of AusHealth Works by assisting the Business Development Manager with sales activities, client engagement, and administrative support.
What will my day to day look like?
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Identify new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking key metrics and performance.
• Analyse market potential in the territory and assess the value of existing and potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to generate new business for AusHealth Work’s products and services.
Essential Criteria
• Possess minimum five years of business-to-business sales.
• Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets in a technical/industrial arena.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and tailoring solutions for customers.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to build and maintain successful internal and external working relationships.
• Experience with maintaining and recording activity in a CRM system.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
• Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing new business opportunities.
What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Project management knowledge.
• Experience in product development and in identifying new services.
• Experience in marketing, medical or technical products or services.
• Experience in process improvements and technical evaluations.
• Experience in preparing client proposals, quotes, and tender documents.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or marketing support.
