About the role:
Are you looking for the next step in your career? Puretec is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Finance Team.
Perhaps you are an Administration Assistant or you’ve been working in an AR/AP role, and now you're looking for the next challenge.
If so, this could be the exciting opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
Located in our SA (Lonsdale 5160) office, you’ll be responsible for:
- Accurate invoice processing and accounts payable management
- Assisting with credit control, including follow-up by phone and email
- Other accounts payable duties, including credit cards and employee reimbursements
- Assisting with financial and spend analysis
- Assisting the finance team with their needs and other ad hoc duties as required

About you:
To be a successful Administration Assistant / Accounts Officer with Puretec, we would be looking for:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing competing workloads and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Resilience, grit, and determination
- An all-rounder who can assist the team with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, trust, and communicate confidently
