Description:
The Project Manager within the Project Management Office of the Office of the Deputy Secretary, Energy will provide technical expertise and support for project and business management across the Group. The successful applicant will provide oversight and coordination of reporting for major energy projects, business reporting and planning. This role offers an opportunity for a high-performing project management expert to lead best practice project management, upskill staff across the Group, provide oversight and manage complex Energy projects on behalf of the Department contributing to the critical role in risk management and assurance for the Energy Group.Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
* Experience providing considered and strategic advice to senior management within a public sector environment is highly desirable
* A strong record of achieving results in a high-pressured environment with problem solving experience and well-developed organisational skills
This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2025. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson St, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
