Dream role.JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~170 residential properties, residential homes/apartments around the Brighton/Bayside Area (within ~10km of office)
- Handle emails and enquiries, tenant/owner enquiries etc
- Maintenance requests etc for the portfolio as required
- Lease renewals, do condition reports and inspections as required with support - Anything else as deemed necessary for portfolio management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience (on a good size portfolio, ideally)
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
