We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable & Receivable – data entry
• Receiving & Making phone calls
• General clerical and administrative tasks
• Scanning, filing, archiving, and maintaining records
• Greeting and Assisting customers
• Coordinate and assist our Hire dept
• Arranging staff events and celebrations
• Invoicing and receipting payments
• Managing schedules, daily reports, and office documentation
Skills & Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• 2+ years’ experience in an Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role is an advantage.
