Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Design, implement, and continuously optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Team Leadership: Manage the Marketing Coordinator.
Brand Management: Using Adobe suite, own the brand’s voice and ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints aligning to the style guide. Collaborate with upper management to develop engaging content and visuals that align with the brand’s identity. This includes the design and implementation of monthly EDM’s using Mail Chimp.
Digital Marketing: Manage Meta Suite (Facebook and Instagram) ads, Google ads, and Google analytics.
Website Management: Manage website through Wordpress ensuring all information and links are up-to-date and working, managing course information and data entry of partial enquiries, and completed applications.
Managing Enquires: Making calls to partial enquiries to convert to complete applications.
Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing detailed insights and recommendations.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Using Filemaker to manage enquires through to conversations.
Expos, Information Nights & Promotional material: Organize expos and information nights. Oversee the design and production of promotional materials.
