About The Role
As a Sales Executive - Client Management - Quota Carrier, you will collaborate with the C-suite level of finance, legal, and technical groups with a global fintech environment with endless opportunities for success. Provide industry-leading solutions to prospective clients.
About The Team
The FIS Capital Markets Division has a dedicated APAC Account Management team across our primary business lines, tasked with the following key responsibilities~
Grow revenue through the identification and business development of new sales opportunities within existing client base, and retain revenue though the successful execution of signature-based renewals, including any add-on and up-sell opportunities at time of renewalStrengthen the client engagement maintaining regular contact with existing clients, building a trusted relationship and valued partnershipEnhance the client experience by championing the client’s needs alongside FIS’ business goals and acting as a point of escalation
What You Will Be Doing
Maintaining regular engagement with existing clients within your individual book of business, building trusted relationships and partnerships, and developing new relationships within accountsExecute new business development activities across client accounts to generate sales, aggressively penetrate client accounts to ensure sales quota achievement, and increase account revenue by introducing all products and services to assist in growing the clients' businessResponsible for the renewal of client contracts and protecting forecasted revenueIdentifying of additional upsell and cross sell leads and collaborating with the relevant sales executiveDevelops and executes account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from account baseEnsure clients have a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering and determine present and future needsCollaborate with various internal stakeholders acting as the client’s advocateConduct regular strategic business reviews with key account executives to enhance the overall client experience and understanding of FISExcellent understanding of your client’s business and needsNegotiates terms and conditions of FIS contracts with client and ensures terms are within FIS standardsEnsures accurate forecasting and pipeline management as well as accurate content and certification of information for assigned clientsIdentifies and reports client risk and escalates to executive management; prepares, implements and executes risk mitigation planActing as a point of escalation to resolve outstanding issues and assist in timely delivery of the serviceOther related duties assigned as needed
What You Bring
A demonstrable track record of client relationship managementGood understanding of Financial Markets knowledge, including solutions technology, systems, applications and processesBackground in Sales, Account management within Capital Markets is preferredGood understanding of FIS products and services is an advantageEducated to degree levelStrong written and verbal communication and contract negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skillsAbility to balance client demands with internal constraints to maximize client satisfaction and engagement with FISConfidently able to build both internal and external relationships up to C-levelFluent in English (written and verbal) language skills, with excellent communication and presentation skillsThis position may require periodic travel within the region
