Sales & Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the perfect lighting solutions while providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Prepare quotes and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with suppliers or warehouse inventory for fulfillment.
- Provide after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a well-organized showroom, ensuring displays are inviting and up to date.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and business owner to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in lighting, home décor, or a related industry).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage quotes, invoices, and follow-ups efficiently.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills, including email, invoicing software, and spreadsheets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
Supplementary Pay:
- Christmas bonus

- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
