We are seeking an AWTS Service Technician to service and maintain Aerated Water Treatment Systems in a variety of domestic and commercial settings. This role will suit someone with technical skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities Include
Regular maintenance and servicing of AWTS unitsTroubleshooting and repairsPerforming routine inspections and adjustments to ensure compliance with regulations and proper system operationMaintaining clear communication with customers about system performance and maintenance needsCompleting all necessary paperwork and service documentation accurately via our smartphone App
We provide a centralized base that handles all service/bookings for you so that you can concentrate on attending to the maintenance and installation needs of customers.
The successful applicant will be a person who possesses the following attributes:
Has a current Driver's LicenceEnjoys peopleTakes pride in customer serviceDemonstrates good communication skillsHas a commitment to follow the proven and successful Level Plumbing customer service model
Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role as an AWTS service technician, or as a licensed Tradesperson. This role will suit those seeking a long-term role to retirement.
Training will be provided on the job, as well as by the product manufacturer.
