You’ll be highly engaged in relationship building with dealers and resellers, as well as maintaining and growing both share of wallet and geographical regions. This comes with the support of a very dynamic team, the opportunity to influence our strategic direction, and autonomy to build your own team of successful sales people.
What You’ll Do:Be part of a strong, motivated sales team that’s as passionate about the business as you are.Train our dealers and resellers to ensure we’re satisfying our market in the best way possible.Maintain a healthy pipeline of revenue, ensuring we have a strong flow of orders.Work alongside other account managers and share in the overall company direction and strategy for growth.
Who We’re Looking For:You’re someone with a positive relationship mindset and a hands-on approach to matters. You’ve probably worked previously in industries like agribusiness and rural distribution, or may have grown up in a family business where sales and business is part of your DNA.
You might have grown up in a regional area or on a family farm, ventured out to study and build your career, and now ready to return home and make an impact in a business that values its people.
