This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Cook / Chef at an ALH venue in QUEENSLAND.
What You’ll Do
Setting up workstations and operating kitchen equipmentBaking, grilling, steaming or boiling fish, meat, vegetables and other foodsAdhering to kitchen hygiene and safety standardsMaintaining a clean workspace at all timesMonitoring stock levelsKeeping up with cooking techniques and methods
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchenKnowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menuAn uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safetyStrong communication and organisation skillsTrade cooking qualifications are essentialFlexible availability
