Coordinates and reviews programs, registers and systems to facilitate quality patient care outcomes. Ensures that recall registers, pathology systems and patient documentation systems are reviewed to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Works with Administrative staff to ensure that they are educated in use of the recall and reminder systems in line with RACGP and practice guideline
Immunisation Administration, according to the current vaccination schedule Ordering and maintenance of vaccines and Cold Chain
Fulfils role as member of the GP Management Plan team within the general practice, assisting the GP in the consultation process as required.
ECG’s and spirometry Wound Care/Dressings. Suture removal and wound assessment Patient triage- especially assisting with guidance of non-clinical staff in this area. Doctor’s bag stocking, and maintenance/ stocking of treatment room supplies. S8 register/ordering and maintenance of drug samples cupboard. Minor procedure set up and assistance Keeping the Treatment room clean and organise
