Description:
- Develop and grow a designated sales territory, building strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to end-users.
- Drive sales performance by achieving targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Sales and Product Managers, to execute strategic sales plans.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and market intelligence.
- Support product trials, hospital setups, and consignment stock management.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in science, healthcare, or business are highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales or a related healthcare industry.
- Strong sales and territory planning skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain meaningful customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Travel regionally, including overnight stays when required.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
