Business & Change Analyst (177344) Melbourne CBD, Melbourne, Australia
An exciting contracting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business and Change Analyst, to join a team to gather, define and document business requirements, analyse processes, change impacts and create work instructions to assist in the delivery of change initiatives, including training materials.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Business Analysis, including running workshops for requirements elicitation.
- Mapping of current and future state business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas impacted and for improvement, and driving change management initiatives.
- Change Analysis with cross-functional teams to implement changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
- Create process documentation, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams and work instructions.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, identify impacted users, and key stakeholders.
- Validate business requirements, process maps, procedures and change impacts including facilitating walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings.
- Assisting in the development of training material.
As such you must have the following core skills / experience :
Proven experience as a business / change analyst. Ability to facilitate and run workshops. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience on complex technology project implementations. Strong understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes. Solid understanding of change management methodologies.If this sounds like you, please apply for this position.
