At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program is our commitment to supporting our team members personally and professionally. As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities including :

In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader. Using your strong focus on the image of a child, collaboration is key in providing a setting where you can ignite creativity and curiosity amongst the children, reflective of your well-resourced and planned environment.

Ideally, we’d love for you to hold :

A strong focus on Image of Child The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS) Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement) A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement) Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
