We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager OR a Senior Financial Accountant looking to step up to partner closely with our Leadership Team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director
and take ownership of reviewing all financials while also leading and mentoring a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal financial performance.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and prepare detailed reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and manage monthly re-forecasting and financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis.
- Oversee the annual expense reconciliation process, including preparing cost estimates and client notifications
- Collaborate with accountants to ensure a seamless integration of new clients into financial systems, maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax accountants to ensure accurate and timely tax return preparation in line with all relevant tax laws and reporting standards.
Skills and experience:
You are a CA/CPA qualified professional, with a background in either a chartered environment or experience within, property, construction or infrastructure asset management and investment experience preferred.
Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable you to effectively engage and collaborate with all key stakeholders. You consistently demonstrate a willingness to provide ongoing support and are known for your strong time management abilities and commitment to meeting deadlines.
