Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team as a Sales Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing established clients, coordinating projects, and building strong relationships within the landscape sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage established client base as the key point of contact
- Coordinate short turnaround orders and long-term projects involving planning, contract growing, and sourcing from suppliers
- Liaise with all departments within the business including production, despatch, picking, and directors
- Build trust with clients through competence and reliability
- Track opportunities for sales growth
Skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Sales experience and ability to work towards targets
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office experience
Experience Required
- Mid-senior level experience in sales or account management
- Nursery industry experience preferred but not required
- A keen interest in plants and project procurement is advantageous
