Tall Trees is a wholesale production nursery servicing the civil, commercial and residential landscape sectors for over 35 Years. Growing a wide array of green life from small native shrubs to super advanced trees, specialising in large scale managed landscape projects and contract growing.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our sales team as a Sales Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing established clients, coordinating projects, and building strong relationships within the landscape sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage established client base as the key point of contact
  • Coordinate short turnaround orders and long-term projects involving planning, contract growing, and sourcing from suppliers
  • Liaise with all departments within the business including production, despatch, picking, and directors
  • Build trust with clients through competence and reliability
  • Track opportunities for sales growth

Skills

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Sales experience and ability to work towards targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Microsoft Office experience

Experience Required

  • Mid-senior level experience in sales or account management
  • Nursery industry experience preferred but not required
  • A keen interest in plants and project procurement is advantageous
