With a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, they are now seeking a People & Culture Manager to strengthen their HR functions, enhance employee engagement, and support strategic business growth.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR initiatives that align with business objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, Retail Award updates, and company policies.
- Manage and optimize payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Foster a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Establish and drive a structured performance management system to enhance productivity and growth.
- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
- Identify and resolve gaps in current HR processes, ensuring all functions remain on track and efficient.
- Support a multicultural workforce, ensuring an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, supporting key HR-related business decisions.
