Site Manager - Established Commercial Builder - To $200k Package

Description:

A Site Manager is sought by a Tier 2 Commercial Builder, to manage a $6 million community construction project in Western Sydney.
Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Sydney Commercial Builder on heavy refurbishment and new build projects from $5 million to $30 million
• You will be working on a $6 million community construction project
• You will be managing a Foremen, reporting to a Project Manager
• $180k to $200k package
• March start
• Long term permanent opportunity

• An established Tier 2 Commercial Builder
• T/0 $180 million
• Reporting to a Project Manager
• This successful builder focuses on age care, commercial, education, health and government projects.
• Projects between $5 million to $30 million

​You will have:

• A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred
• Previous supervisory experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential
• Commercial/ age care/ education experience sought
• Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder
• Experience managing commercial construction projects over $5 million with a Tier 2 Builder
• A steady career history and previous site management background
