The Role:
As our Accommodation Manager , you will lead the front-of-house and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional service standards. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all accommodation-related operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
  • Lead and manage the front office, housekeeping, and reservations teams.
  • Develop and implement procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all guest inquiries, bookings, and issues are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Manage room inventory, pricing strategies, and occupancy targets to optimize revenue.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across all accommodation areas.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Handle budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare operational reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive and high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as an Accommodation Manager, Front Office Manager, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on guest service excellence.
  • Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
