Knowmore Legal Service is a nationwide free and confidential service, supporting victim-survivors of childhood abuse and the Stolen Generations.
Our team provides trauma-informed legal assistance, financial counselling, social support, and specialised cultural support for First Nations Peoples.
We are seeking a Business Analyst and Salesforce Administrator to join our team.
This role will work with the IT Manager and key internal stakeholders to support Knowmore’s client management system (Salesforce), ensuring that it records, manages and reports on Knowmore’s client work in an accurate and timely manner.
The role will be responsible for administering the Salesforce system and ensuring that it supports and reflects the organisation’s business processes. The role will also create automation to streamline process, engage in BA sessions, enhancing the Salesforce environment and other BAU tasks. It will also conduct routine audits of systems, processes and data.
The role is also responsible for providing regular intelligent, timely and relevant reporting and analysis of data in a concise, simplified style and insightful manner to support Knowmore’s internal and external stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
• Manage Salesforce releases and ensure proper implementation
• Administer and configure Salesforce to support business requirements (e.g., managing users, data security, roles, profiles, permission sets)
• Conduct thorough testing of new features, updates, and third-party applications to ensure seamless integration and user experience
• Identify, propose, and implement Salesforce process improvements to maximise functionality and automation.
Business Analyst
• Develop high quality, meaningful reporting based on various Excel, Salesforce and other system data sources
• Analyse data to provide actionable insights into Knowmore’s performance and present those to stakeholders
• Perform ad-hoc modelling and reporting
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand the business context and drivers of data trends
• Identify gaps in data and apply your creative thinking to make improvements to the quality
• Support in preparing regular monthly and quarterly reporting requirements on program performance to key stakeholders.

To be successful in the role you will have:
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of core Salesforce features, administration, reporting and automation
• Understanding of Salesforce security models and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyse business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Administration of reporting on a weekly/monthly schedule to capture data insights.
• Experience with other reporting tools like Tableau very desirable
• The ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload and priorities
• Able to explain and train technical concepts to non-technical users
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
