Description:
We are looking for Business Analyst with HR system experience for a project. You will be a part of a Global Consulting firm for one of their major projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years working as Business Analyst with large scale orgaisation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR payroll and SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of HR payroll processes, systems, and regulations
- Experience with HR payroll system implementation and integration
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
