About the role:
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and caring individuals to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. Various shifts are available, including AM, PM, and night shifts.

About you:
- A Cert III Individual Support is required
- A passion for delivering exceptional services
- Be reliable and self-motivated
- Be readily available Monday through Sunday (inclusive) all shifts
- The ability to work in a culturally sensitive manner
- Knowledge of and commitment to Accreditation, Quality Improvement, WH&S and Infection Control practices and principles
