Description:
Cybervine Pty Ltd is looking for an ICT Customer Support Officer to be part of a dynamic team at our Head Office in the Brisbane CBD. This is a Full-time position working 38 hours per week.
Main Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Assist end users with general technology problems
- Download and support relevant and appropriate software to systems
- Conduct repairs and replace on equipment
- Assemble, install and maintain computer hardware
- Remote and onsite diagnostics of computer systems
- Implement computer networks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software with end users
- Work within the helpdesk team both on site and in the call centre
Qualifications and Experience requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree minimum. Relevant master’s degreed advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant role
